Parts & Service Specialist - Equipment, Fleet & Shop Support
Location: St. Paul, MN (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:30pm

A leading equipment and fleet service provider is seeking a Parts & Service Specialist to support technicians, service teams, and mission-critical repair operations.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, strong training programs, and clear advancement pathways.
What You'll Do
- Order, track, and coordinate parts for equipment and emergency vehicle repairs
- Prioritize urgent service needs to keep shop productivity moving
- Source parts for service work, fleet repairs, inventory needs, and customer orders
- Receive, stock, label, and cycle-count inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse flow
- Support technicians with fast, accurate parts availability
- Assist with pricing, purchasing, inventory control, and data entry
- Contribute to a high-urgency, mission-critical service environment
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year parts or service experience
- OR 3+ years in a related shop, fleet, mechanical, or equipment industry
- Experience in a shop, service department, fleet maintenance, dealership, or mechanical environment preferred
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and sense of urgency
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Occasional climbing to access storage or equipment racks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20+ lbs frequently
- Regular keyboarding and computer use
- Exposure to general shop, warehouse, and mechanical equipment environments
